About Nathan M.
Nathan M. Little built a steady legal foundation before entering private practice. He earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2009 after studies that began in 2006. Prior to that he completed a Bachelor of Science in Business at the University of Cincinnati, conferred in 2003.
Little’s early career included participation in local bar programs that broadened his courtroom and transactional skills. He was part of CALL Class XX in 2016 through the Cincinnati Bar Association, a program aimed at continuing legal education and practical training. Over time he gained admission to practice in Ohio, to the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and he is also admitted to the bar of the U.S. Supreme Court.
His credentials include a Residential and Commercial Title Agent certification issued by the Ohio Department of Insurance. That credential complements courtroom admissions and informs the practical aspects of his work on real estate and title matters. He is active in several professional organizations. He has been a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association since 2009, and he joined the Clermont County Bar Association in 2015.
Recognition from peers came in the form of a Super Lawyers Rising Star listing in 2019. The designation is one nod among the professional memberships he maintains and reflects a period in his career when he received independent peer review and editorial evaluation. He has continued practicing in the region while maintaining ties to local and state bar groups.
Little practices at Combs, Schaefer, Ball & Little. His practice spans matters brought in Ohio and in the federal court for the Southern District of Ohio, and he is available in proceedings that may proceed to the U.S. Supreme Court by virtue of his admission there. Colleagues and clients see him most often on legal work that involves title issues and related transactional or contested matters.
He remains engaged in the bar community and in educational programs that serve lawyers across the Cincinnati area. His current practice centers on title matters and litigation handled in Ohio and federal courts.
