About Jacob
Jacob Stipp built his legal foundation in the Midwest and on the West Coast. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Indiana University Bloomington in 2003. He later completed his legal studies at Golden Gate University School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2010.
After law school he established his practice in California. He is authorized to practice in that state. In 2016 he took on the role of owner and managing lawyer at Stipp Law Office APC. That position marked a shift from associate-level work to running a small law firm. Managing clients, staff and the daily operations of a practice became part of his routine.
Over the years Stipp has cultivated ties to local and statewide legal organizations. He holds membership in Consumer Lawyers of San Diego and Consumer Lawyers of California, both since 2010. He joined the North County Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association in the same year. For a period he participated in the Enright Inn of Court from 2013 to 2014. These affiliations reflect his engagement with the plaintiff-side trial bar and with professional networks in San Diego and northern San Diego County.
His courtroom work and client files have emphasized consumer matters and civil litigation. That emphasis aligns with his memberships and the cases his office tends to handle. He appears in state courts across southern California and handles pretrial and trial work when necessary. His approach is practical. He focuses on case preparation, client communication and resolving disputes through settlement or trial when appropriate.
Colleagues and clients encounter a lawyer who manages both casework and the business of a small firm. He balances intake, motions, discovery and courtroom appearances. He also oversees administrative functions that keep the office running. That dual role has shaped his daily practice rhythms.
Stipp maintains offices in Temecula and Carlsbad. Those locations position him to serve clients across a wide stretch of San Diego and Riverside counties. He continues to participate in local bar activities and plaintiff-side organizations while maintaining a caseload that reflects his consumer protection emphasis.
In his current practice he represents individuals in consumer and civil litigation matters and manages the firm he founded.
