About Natalie
Natalie Hall built a legal career that moved quickly from public service to private practice. She trained at Drake University Law School and earned her J.D. in 2004. Early courtroom work set the tone for how she approaches cases: straightforward, procedural and rooted in experience.
Fresh out of law school she joined the Ninth Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s office as an Assistant Public Defender in 2004. The next year she took a position as an Assistant State Lawyer in the Office of the State Lawyer. Those back-to-back roles gave her experience on both sides of the courtroom aisle. They also exposed her to the mechanics of trial preparation, client interviews and courtroom advocacy.
In 2006 she opened The Law Office of Natalie D. Hall, P.A., where she serves as owner and president. The move to private practice came after only a few years in public roles. It allowed her to bring criminal defense tactics and prosecutorial insight into civil and family matters. She is admitted to practice in Florida and to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Hall is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator. That credential informs how she handles disputes. She emphasizes negotiation and structured settlement talks alongside litigation when cases require it. She also participates in local professional organizations that shape family law practice in Central Florida.
Her association work includes membership in the Central Florida Family Law American Inn of Court, where she holds a board-level role, and participation in The Collaborative Family Law Group of Central Florida. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. Those affiliations reflect an interest in the cross-currents that touch family and immigration matters.
Clients at her firm encounter a lawyer who has worked as both a defender and a state lawyer. That background informs case assessment and strategic planning. Her practice blends mediation skills and courtroom experience, often involving custody, divorce and related family-law disputes.
She remains based at The Law Office of Natalie D. Hall, P.A., handling cases that combine negotiation, mediation and courtroom work. Her current practice covers family law, mediation and related litigation.
