About Nancy
Nancy Kasko built a legal path that began with a college degree from Northern Illinois University in 1987 and a law degree from The John Marshall Law School in 2015. She entered the profession at a time of transition in her life and brought prior workplace experience to her legal studies.
While still in law school she worked at Davi Law Group, LLC as a paralegal and law clerk in 2014. That role turned into a post-graduate position. In 2015 she joined Davi Law Group as an associate lawyer, handling day-to-day tasks that come with representing clients and managing files in a small firm environment.
In 2017 Kasko spent time at Larson & Greenberg Law Group before taking a different path. Later that year she opened her own practice, The Law offices of Nancy Kasko, LLC. She has carried the administrative and professional responsibilities that accompany running a solo firm, while continuing to serve individual clients across Illinois.
Her professional progression — from paralegal to associate to firm founder — gave her exposure to a range of courtroom and office duties. That background informs how she evaluates cases, prepares documents and communicates with clients. Her work has involved both client-facing counseling and behind-the-scenes preparation, the twin tasks that shape most civil practices.
Kasko is active in local bar life. She holds memberships in the Kane County Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association and the DuPage County Bar Association, where she has been a member since 2014. She also belongs to the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers and has served as a director of that organization since 2015. Those roles keep her connected to colleagues and community developments in the region.
She practices in Illinois and maintains offices in both Warrenville and Wheaton. Maintaining two local offices allows her to meet clients in different parts of the western suburbs and to remain accessible to people who prefer in-person consultations.
Colleagues describe her path as steady — a sequence of practical roles that built competence in the nuts and bolts of legal work. She balances the administrative demands of running a small firm with the casework expected of most practicing attorneys.
Today she continues to practice from The Law offices of Nancy Kasko, LLC, serving clients in matters that arise in Illinois state courts and local tribunals.
