About Nancy Castor

Nancy Castor Sprattlin built her academic foundation around law and international affairs. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Law from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. She continued her studies at St. John’s University, completing a Master of Arts in International Law, Relations & Diplomacy in 1994. She then returned to New York for legal studies and received her Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2000.

After law school, she moved quickly into bar membership and practice. She joined the New York State Bar in 2001 and maintains that membership to the present. Her professional credentials list admission in both New York and Georgia. Over the years she has combined her academic training in international law and political science with the requirements of state licensure.

Her practice centers on work carried out through CASTOR SPRATTLIN LAW GROUP, LLC. The firm name appears on filings and attorney listings. At the firm she represents clients in matters that arise under the laws of the jurisdictions where she is licensed. Her dual admission in New York and Georgia allows her to appear in matters across both states, and her background in international law and diplomacy informs her understanding of cross-border and regulatory questions when they arise.

Colleagues and clients know her for a straightforward approach to case management and legal procedure. She applies the training from her undergraduate and graduate programs to the practical tasks of litigation, negotiation and client counseling. She has sustained steady membership in the New York State Bar since 2001 and continues to practice through her firm. Her current practice concentrates on matters brought in New York and Georgia.
