Nancie Yomtov earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1980. Prior to her law degree, she obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Social Psychology from the City University of New York in 1972 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Social Psychology from Ohio State University in 1959. She was granted two fellowships for graduate school, which she was unable to utilize.
