About Naima B. Solomon

Naima B. Solomon Bercovitch trained at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She earned her law degree there and moved west to build a practice in California.

She began her legal career in firm litigation rooms. In 2012 she joined Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith LLP as an associate. That role put her into day-to-day case work and client counseling at a firm known for handling complex matters for businesses and individuals.

Three years later she made partner at Broaden Law LLP. She has been a partner there since 2015. Her partnership role expanded her responsibilities beyond casework. She handles client development, supervises associates and helps shape firm strategy.

Throughout her career she has worked inside law firms rather than in government or in-house positions. That has meant long hours in court preparation, file management and negotiating settlements. Colleagues describe her as methodical and exacting in work product. She balances practical case management with attention to procedural detail.

Bercovitch is admitted to practice in California. She appears regularly in state courts and works with clients on matters that require courtroom presence as well as written filings. Her practice requires an ability to move between litigation deadlines and client meetings; she manages both rhythms in the course of representation.

Her path from law school to partnership reflects steady progression through traditional firm ranks. She began as an associate, built a caseload, then took on leadership responsibilities that come with partnership. The work has expanded her role from advocacy to mentorship and firm governance.

Outside of case files she participates in professional networks and continues to stay current on legal developments relevant to her practice. She maintains professional relationships that support referrals and collaborative work across practice areas.

She now practices at Broaden Law LLP, handling client matters out of the firm’s California office.
