About Mr Vincent A.
Mr Vincent A. Gorski studied biology at the University of California, Los Angeles, earning a B.S. in 2002. He moved from the sciences to law and received his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2007. That combination of technical training and legal education has informed a career that spans military service, litigation support and private practice.
Early in his career Gorski served in the United States Air Force as an Offensive Avionics Technician in 1997. After returning to civilian life he completed his undergraduate degree at UCLA and then pursued law. While in law school he gained practical experience at Rubin & Levin, P.C., where he worked as a law clerk in 2006 and then joined the firm as an associate in 2007.
In 2009 he founded The Gorski Firm, APC. The firm grew out of his years at Rubin & Levin and his interest in insolvency practice. He is a Certified Bankruptcy Specialist through the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, a credential that signals additional training and examination in bankruptcy law in California.
Gorski is active in several professional organizations. He has been a member of the American Bar Association since 2007 and holds memberships in both the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association beginning the same year. After relocating to California he joined local bar groups: the Long Beach Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association, all showing membership beginning in 2009. He is also a life member of the Disabled American Veterans and of the UCLA Alumni Association.
His practice reflects that background. Gorski has handled bankruptcy-related matters that arise in both personal and business contexts. He draws on courtroom experience from his early years as an associate and on specialized certification when addressing filings, creditor-debtor disputes and related litigation.
Colleagues and clients have noted his military service and technical undergraduate training as factors that shape his approach to problem solving and case management. He maintains offices under his own name and continues to operate The Gorski Firm, APC, where he handles bankruptcy and debtor-creditor matters in California and Indiana.
He currently practices at The Gorski Firm, APC, handling bankruptcy and related debtor-creditor matters.
