Mr. Kyle J. Shelton earned his law degree from Arizona State University in 2006 after completing undergraduate studies at Northern Arizona University in 2002. He moved from the classroom to courtrooms in both Arizona and California, and later extended his practice to the Federal Circuit. His academic background provided the foundation for a steady climb through several law offices over the next decade and a half.
Shelton began his legal career in private practice and entered roles that steadily increased in responsibility. In 2010 he joined Pite Duncan, LLP as an associate.
