About Mr. Clarke Logan
Mr. Clarke Logan Young is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1979. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Young is the founding partner of Clarke Logan Young Law Offices, a firm located in Santa Monica, California. He has been practicing law for over 46 years, serving clients throughout Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties.
Mr. Young earned his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School in 1978. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Santa Barbara, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 1983, he obtained a Master of Studies in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School.
Mr. Young concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, real estate law, and land use law. He represents individuals in matters involving divorce, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, paternity, and pre-marital agreements. His real estate practice includes land use, zoning, planning, property and easement law, foreclosure defense, and landlord/tenant disputes. Mr. Young has experience in all stages of litigation, including hearings, trials, and appeals, and also handles negotiations and settlements.
Throughout his career, Mr. Young has handled cases in various courts, including the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange, and the Superior Court of California for the County of San Diego. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate attorney at a family law firm in Los Angeles for several years.
Mr. Young is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He has been recognized for his work in family law, particularly in cases involving high-conflict custody disputes and individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder. Mr. Young is fluent in English and German, allowing him to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
