About Avraham
Avraham Sinai earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2008 and a Juris Doctor from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco in 2011. He is licensed to practice in California. His academic path combined study of public institutions with professional legal training, a background he carried straight into private practice.
He became principal of Sinai law in 2011 and has led the firm since then. In that role he has handled the administrative demands of running a law office and the legal work that brings clients through the door. Day-to-day responsibilities have included managing client relationships, directing case strategy, and supervising whatever outside counsel or staff the firm engages. Those managerial tasks sit alongside the courtroom and drafting work that define most small firm practices.
Across his years in practice Sinai has worked on a range of matters governed by California law. He has taken filings to court, prepared pleadings and contracts, and negotiated settlements when resolving disputes made sense for clients. His work has required attention to state rules of procedure, evidence, and local practice. He has also handled transactional and advisory matters, moving between litigation and counsel roles depending on what a client needed.
Colleagues describe him as pragmatic in the way he approaches problems. He tends to favor practical solutions that address immediate issues without losing sight of larger legal consequences. That approach plays out in how he prepares cases, frames settlement options, and structures transactions. It also shows in how he runs the practice: a steady emphasis on responsiveness and clear communication rather than marketing flourish.
Over more than a decade at the firm, Sinai has built a practice rooted in California law and local courts. He remains active in the daily work of the office, handling client matters directly and overseeing the firm’s legal work. He currently practices at Sinai law in California, managing client matters across the state.
