About Molly K.
Molly K. Bushman took the long view on a career in law. She earned her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2003 and built steady experience in Wisconsin courts and firms over the next decade.
After completing law school, Bushman entered private practice and, by 2006, was working as an associate at Melli Law, S.C. That role gave her early exposure to courtroom practice and firm operations. She stayed on a path of increasing responsibility and in 2010 became a lawyer and shareholder at Wiley Law, S.C., a move that placed her in a firm leadership role.
Her professional life has included both practice and local bar service. Since 2011 she has served as Treasurer of the Chippewa County Bar Association. That long tenure reflects sustained involvement in the local legal community and in the association’s administrative affairs. Colleagues say she attends meetings and contributes to budget discussions and event planning, helping keep the county bar functioning as an active organization.
At Wiley Law, S.C., Bushman handles client matters and participates in firm decision-making as a shareholder. Her work has required balancing client representation with the administrative demands of running a small firm. She is experienced in the routines of litigation and transactional files and accustomed to coordinating with court staff, opposing counsel, and clients.
Bushman approaches practice in a pragmatic, matter-of-fact way. She breaks complex problems into manageable tasks and communicates plainly about options and risks. That practical style is evident in how she prepares cases and in her involvement with the bar association, where the focus is on keeping lawyers informed and the office running.
Outside of firm duties, she remains anchored in Wisconsin. Her career path — from law school through associate work and into firm leadership — is rooted in the state’s legal landscape. She continues to maintain active participation in local legal circles while carrying a caseload at Wiley Law, S.C.
She currently serves as a lawyer and shareholder at Wiley Law, S.C., where she practices law in Wisconsin.
