About Anthony

Anthony Schmoldt earned his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law in 2006. He completed a three-year legal education that emphasized courtroom procedure and legal writing, and left law school prepared for practice. The degree marked the start of what would become a steady career in Wisconsin law.

After law school, Schmoldt began practicing in Wisconsin. He worked on matters that required both courtroom appearances and detailed legal preparation. Over time he handled filings, motions and client meetings, gaining practical experience in the everyday tasks of a practicing attorney. Colleagues describe him as methodical in his approach to casework and attentive to procedural detail.

His career has been rooted in private practice. That environment demanded a mix of advocacy and client counseling. He has represented individuals and businesses in state-level matters, appearing in Wisconsin courts on behalf of clients. He also spent time advising clients outside of litigation, helping them understand the legal steps available to resolve disputes or meet regulatory requirements.

Schmoldt later established Schmoldt Law Office, LLC. There he manages a caseload and oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations. Running a small firm has meant balancing client work with administrative responsibilities. He coordinates filings, prepares pleadings and arranges hearings. The practice reflects a preference for direct client contact and practical problem solving rather than large-scale firm bureaucracy.

Throughout his years in practice, Schmoldt has emphasized preparation. He tends to build cases through detailed review of documents and steady court work. That practical orientation guides how he prepares for hearings and conferences. He also keeps current on developments in Wisconsin law that affect his clients’ interests.

Today he practices from Schmoldt Law Office, LLC and serves clients across the state of Wisconsin. He maintains an active role in case management, court appearances and client advising, focusing his practice on matters that arise in Wisconsin state courts.
