About Michelle
Michelle Bos earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2012. She completed law school after beginning her studies in 2009. The academic record placed her among a generation of young lawyers who entered practice in the early 2010s.
She is licensed to practice law in Florida, California and Washington. Those multi-jurisdictional credentials have informed a practice that crosses different court systems and procedural rules. Bos’s membership in several professional organizations reflects that broader geographic reach.
Bos began her post-graduate legal work as a contract lawyer in 2013. The following year she took on volunteer roles that included serving at the Veterans Law Clinic at Thomas Jefferson School of Law and acting as a small claims volunteer lawyer at the Superior Court in San Diego. Those early positions gave her hands-on experience in court and client intake work.
In 2015 she joined Sevens Legal, APC as a senior associate lawyer. She handled a range of matters there and participated in litigation and trial preparation. Two years later she moved into a managing lawyer role at 360 Law Office. As a managing lawyer she balanced casework with administrative responsibilities and supervised other attorneys and staff.
Her professional affiliations include the Criminal Defense Bar Association of San Diego, the Criminal Defense Lawyers Club and the National Trial Lawyers Association, all of which she has been a member of since 2014. She is also a member of the San Diego Bar Association, a membership she has held since 2013. Those memberships signal a sustained engagement with the local and national bar and with peer networks focused on trial and defense work.
Throughout her career Bos has worked in courtroom settings and handled client communications, discovery, hearings and trial preparation. Her background includes small claims advocacy and pro bono work for veterans, alongside criminal defense practice in state courts. Colleagues describe a lawyer who moves between client meetings, court dockets and office management tasks with a practical, matter-of-fact approach.
Bos continues to practice, applying her courtroom experience and multi-jurisdictional licenses to her caseload. She currently focuses her practice on criminal defense matters.
