About Michele Ann
Michele Ann Palulis built a career that moves between bank floors and courtrooms. She began in finance and then took the long route to law. The detours show in the way she approaches problems: practical, procedural, and attentive to detail.
Her formal education began at Eastern Connecticut State University, where she earned a B.S. in Business Administration in 1994. She followed that with a diploma from the Connecticut School of Finance & Management in 1996, completing a program for bankers. She then attended Western New England University School of Law and received her J.D. in 2000.
Palulis’s earliest work was in banking. Starting in 1989 at First Niagara Bank NA, formerly Savings Bank of Manchester, she held positions that ranged from teller to supervisor and manager. She also trained staff on new systems and worked in merchant services and human resources. Those years gave her firsthand knowledge of financial operations and institutional processes.
The move toward law was gradual. In 1998 she served as an associate lawyer and paralegal at Wodhouse Rubinow & Macht, a hybrid role that combined substantive legal tasks with support functions. She continued in paralegal work at Boland, St. Onge & Brouillard in 2002 before returning to an associate lawyer title at the Law Office of William Monty in 2004. That sequence reflects steady immersion in both the preparation and practice sides of legal work.
She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and before the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. Membership in the Windham County Bar Association keeps her connected to local practitioners and courtrooms. Those affiliations anchor her work in state and federal procedures.
Today she maintains a solo practice, Lawyer Michele Ann Palulis, LLC. Her background in banking and hands-on legal roles informs how she handles client matters. She emphasizes clear process, attention to recordkeeping, and practical problem-solving. She now practices through Lawyer Michele Ann Palulis, LLC, handling matters in Connecticut and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
