About Michaela M.
Michaela M. Weaver studied at Quinnipiac University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts before moving on to Suffolk University Law School. She received her J.D. in 2019. Those years in the classroom and on campus publications shaped the practical foundation she brought into practice after graduation.
After law school she entered private practice and joined KJC Law Office, LLC as a lawyer. At the firm she took on court filings, client interviews, motion practice and courtroom appearances in Massachusetts. She expanded her courtroom work to the federal level when she gained admission to the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Colleagues describe her as methodical and exacting in preparation, preferring clear written work and careful oral advocacy.
Her professional path has centered on litigation in Massachusetts state courts and in the federal district. That has meant drafting pleadings and briefs, managing discovery, and arguing at hearings.
