About Michael
Michael Zoldan built his career on steady, practical work at the state and federal levels. He came to law after a start in finance, and his background shows a steady sequence of academic choices that led him into courtroom practice.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Ohio State University in 2007. He then attended Arizona State University College of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2010. Those years framed his move from business-oriented studies into legal training, where he developed skills in research, writing and advocacy.
Zoldan began practicing in Arizona courts soon after law school. Over time he expanded his credentialing to include the District Court of Arizona and the Ninth Circuit. That combination of state and federal admissions has allowed him to handle matters across trial and appellate tracks.
He is a partner at The Zoldan Law Group PLLC. In that role he manages client matters and contributes to the firm’s litigation strategy. His work involves courtroom appearances, brief writing and motion practice. Colleagues describe his approach as methodical and case-driven; he tends to break problems into discrete legal issues and address each on its merits.
Zoldan maintains current memberships in professional associations. He participates in bar-related activities and continues professional development through seminars and court-related programming. Those activities keep him plugged into changes in procedure and precedent at both the state and federal level.
Clients and peers see him as the kind of lawyer who values preparation. He prepares for hearings and appeals in a way that anticipates opposing arguments. He spends time on factual investigation and on crafting legal positions that can stand up under scrutiny.
Outside the office he has remained connected to the legal community in Arizona. He accepts matters that require appearances in Phoenix-area courts as well as matters that require federal filings and appellate briefs. His practice involves both trial-level advocacy and work in the Ninth Circuit.
He practices law at The Zoldan Law Group PLLC, handling matters in Arizona state courts and in the federal courts where he is admitted.
