About Michael William
Michael William Wallace earned his law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2012 after completing an earlier course of study at the University of Central Florida. He also holds an MBA in International Business from St. Thomas University, granted in 2012. His undergraduate degree, a B.S. in Legal Studies, was awarded by the University of Central Florida in 2009. Those academic credentials laid a foundation that blends legal training with business understanding.
He began practicing in Florida after law school and built his early career in established personal and civil litigation firms. In 2015 he worked as an associate at both Steinger, Iscoe & Greene, P.A. and The Law Offices of Robert J. Fenstersheib & Associates, P.A. The following year he took on trial lawyer responsibilities at Fenstersheib Law Group, P.A., handling contested matters that required courtroom time and litigation strategy.
In 2020 he launched his own firm, Michael W. Wallace, P.A., and serves as a founding partner. The move to start a private practice followed several years of courtroom experience and work inside two litigation-focused firms. His career path shows a steady progression from associate work to trial practice and then to leading a firm.
Wallace maintains active memberships in local and statewide trial lawyer organizations. He is a member of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association, the Florida Justice Association, and the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division. Those affiliations align with his courtroom work and provide a professional network for case development and continuing education.
Colleagues and opposing counsel describe him as a lawyer who prepares thoroughly for trial. He has handled written discovery, motion practice, depositions and jury trials in Florida courts. The record of positions he has held indicates consistent engagement in litigation rather than transactional work.
He is admitted to practice in Florida and has concentrated his practice on matters that require aggressive litigation and courtroom advocacy. His educational background in both law and international business informs his approach to cases that touch on contractual and commercial issues as well as personal-injury and civil disputes.
He currently concentrates his practice on civil litigation and trial work in Florida.
