About Brandon
Brandon Loshak earned his law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2008. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Colorado Boulder. Those two strands of training — business and law — have shaped how he approaches legal work.
He has practiced in Florida since completing his J.D. in 2008. Over the years he has handled matters arising under state law and built a practice rooted in the practical demands of clients in the region. Colleagues describe him as methodical and direct in courtroom and office settings.
Loshak maintains memberships in professional circles, including the Broward County Bar Association. He remains active in bar events and continuing legal education programs, using them to stay current on developments in Florida law.
He is an attorney at Loshak Leach, LLP. At the firm he works alongside other lawyers on matters brought by individuals and businesses. The firm maintains offices in Florida where he meets with clients, prepares filings, and appears in court when cases require it.
His undergraduate business education informs how he frames legal questions. He often assesses both the legal outcome and the commercial implications for clients. That dual perspective guides negotiations and case planning, whether the task is drafting agreements or addressing disputes.
Outside of casework he participates in professional development and local legal events. He attends continuing education programs and bar-sponsored seminars. Those activities keep him connected to peers and to changes in procedure and statute that affect practice in Florida.
He has represented clients across a range of matters in state jurisdiction. He approaches each matter by identifying practical options, weighing risks, and mapping steps toward resolution. He balances advocacy in court with efforts to resolve disputes before trial when that serves a client’s interest.
He currently practices at Loshak Leach, LLP, where his work focuses on serving clients throughout Florida.
