About Michael William

Michael William Cardamone began his academic journey in Philadelphia-area Catholic schools before moving on to Boston College, where he graduated in 1992 with a B.A. in philosophy and English. He completed his legal education at Villanova University School of Law, earning his J.D. in 1996. Those years laid the groundwork for a career anchored in courtroom work and legal education.

Early in his career, Cardamone served as a managing lawyer at Krasno Krasno & Onwudinjo beginning in 2005. That role placed him in active litigation and client management, sharpening skills he would later bring to his own practice. He also took on teaching and continuing-education roles, joining the faculty of Lawline.com in 2012 where he contributed to online legal education offerings.

In 2013 he founded Cardamone Law, LLC and became its managing partner. The firm reflects his shift from firm management under others to creating a practice shaped around his litigation priorities. He has been active in the Montgomery County legal community, serving as Co-Chair of the Montgomery County Bar Association in 2022 and maintaining membership in that association since 2013.

Cardamone holds a certification as a Specialist in Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Law from the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. That credential underscores a sustained practice in workers' compensation matters. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the Pennsylvania State Bar, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He has been involved with the Workers Injury Law & Advocacy Group since 2010 and joined the Pennsylvania Association for Justice in 2009.

Beyond casework, Cardamone has stayed involved in legal education and local mentoring. Since 2007 he has participated in the Lawyering Together Program through Villanova Law, working with students and newer attorneys. His combination of courtroom experience, specialty certification, and roles in bar leadership reflect a practice engaged with both individual clients and the legal community.

Today, Michael William Cardamone operates Cardamone Law, LLC in Pennsylvania. His practice centers on workers' compensation litigation and related matters in the state court system.
