About Michael
Michael Toback took a direct path into the law. He completed a Bachelor of Science at Indiana University Bloomington in 2010. Three years later he earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, finishing law school in 2013. That same year he was admitted to practice in Florida and his license remains active.
He is a lawyer at Siegfried Rivera. His work there has involved day-to-day case preparation and the kinds of courtroom and transactional tasks that occupy many litigators and counsel. He drafts filings, prepares evidence and arguments, meets with clients, and participates in negotiations. He handles matters on behalf of individuals and organizations appearing before Florida tribunals and administrative bodies.
Membership in professional organizations has been part of his professional life. He is a current member of The Florida Bar and belongs to the Craig S. Barnard chapter of the American Inns of Court. He also maintains membership in the American Bar Association. Those affiliations keep him connected to peers, rules and evolving practice standards in the state and nationally.
Colleagues and clients encounter a lawyer who arrived at his role through a conventional route: undergraduate study, law school, bar admission and steady workplace experience at a single firm. His resume shows continuity rather than a series of lateral moves. He has continued at Siegfried Rivera since entering practice, building experience inside the firm’s structures and caseload. He works in Florida under an active license and participates in bar and Inns of Court programs. He currently practices law in Florida at Siegfried Rivera.
