Michael Gerald Kerbs is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1987. His license is currently inactive. Mr. Kerbs is a partner at Reid & Hellyer, a law firm located in Riverside, California. He has been practicing law for over 38 years, serving clients throughout the Inland Empire region.

Mr. Kerbs earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 1987. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of San Diego, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1984. During his time at law school, he was a member of the San Diego Law Review from 1986 to 1987.

Mr. Kerbs concentrates his practice in the areas of business and real estate litigation, as well as writs and appeals. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving commercial disputes, property transactions, and appellate proceedings. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kerbs has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Riverside and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to joining Reid & Hellyer, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Riverside for several years.

Mr. Kerbs is an active member of the Riverside County Bar Association. He is also involved in community activities, fostering relationships with clients and encouraging the firm's attorneys to be involved in their community. He is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of the Inland Empire effectively.
