Michael C Akashian built a career rooted in practical courtroom work and long-term involvement in workplace injury issues. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1980 and took his law degree from the University of Miami in 1983. Those academic steps set the stage for a practice that has spanned decades and several regional offices.
He became a partner at Landman Akashian, LLP in 1994. That role followed years of litigation and client work that prepared him to share leadership duties at a firm handling injury and disability matters. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the Social Security Administration, which informs the dual threads of his work: state-level workers’ compensation and federal disability claims.
Akashian’s professional affiliations reflect steady involvement in the workers’ compensation community.
