About Michael A.

Michael A. Manzi built his legal foundation at Merrimack College, where he earned a B.S. in political science in 1992, and at New England Law | Boston, where he received his J.D. in 1996. Those academic years shaped the groundwork for a career spent practicing in New England courts.

He entered the legal profession after law school and now holds admission to practice in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Over the years he has handled matters that required familiarity with the rules and procedures of both states. He also maintains current memberships in professional associations that serve lawyers in the region.

Manzi is a principal at Manzi, Seccareccio & Merwin, P.C., where he practices alongside colleagues in a multi-attorney firm setting. His role at the firm has involved advising clients, managing case work, and collaborating with other lawyers on matters that cross state lines. Clients come to him for representation in proceedings and transactions that require counsel licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Colleagues say he brings a steady, methodical approach to case management. He organizes facts and frames legal questions so they can be addressed efficiently. He is comfortable in court and at the negotiation table, and he prepares filings that reflect an attention to procedural detail. He also works on matters that require coordination between counsel in different jurisdictions.

His classroom years continue to inform his practice. Training in political science gave him early exposure to public institutions and processes. Law school provided the doctrinal training and practical skills to translate those interests into legal work. That combination helps him ask practical questions about how legal outcomes affect clients’ broader objectives.

Outside of courtroom and office responsibilities, Manzi participates in bar-related activities and local professional groups. He keeps current on developments affecting practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. That habit helps him advise clients about changing statutory and procedural landscapes.

Today he practices at Manzi, Seccareccio & Merwin, P.C., representing individuals and organizations in matters that span state lines. His work is concentrated on providing legal representation for clients in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
