About Michael A.
Michael A. Bracchi earned a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law after completing a B.S. in Pharmacy at St. John’s University. He also holds an M.S. in Business Management and Leadership from City University of New York - City College and a Ph.D. in Pharmacy from the University of Kansas. That combination of clinical training, business study and legal education shaped a career that crosses health care, administration and the law.
Bracchi began his professional life in pharmacy. Early roles included director-level positions at hospitals and health systems. He served as Director of Pharmacy at Medical Arts Center Hospital in 2007 and then moved to managerial and director roles at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in 2008 and Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in 2011. In 2014 he took on the title of Vice President of Pharmacy Services at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, a role that placed him in operational and clinical oversight of pharmacy services within a cancer care system.
He moved into consulting and broader operational work after his time in institutional pharmacy. By 2018 Bracchi was working as an operational excellence leader for hospital, pharmaceutical and biotech clients, advising on workflow, compliance and pharmacy practice issues. Those positions drew on both his clinical doctorate and his graduate training in business leadership, and they broadened his exposure to regulatory and administrative challenges across health care settings.
Bracchi entered law practice in 2003 and later combined that legal career with business and public service. In 2020 he became a partner at Florida Probate Law Office, PLLC. That same year he was elected to the Wilton Manors City Commission, a post that placed him in municipal governance and local policymaking. His background in pharmacy and health care administration has informed his approach to regulatory and estate matters.
Licensed in New York and Florida, Bracchi has spent years moving between clinical, executive and legal roles. He has experience advising hospital systems, working on pharmacy operations and serving in municipal office. Today he practices from the Florida Probate Law Office, PLLC, where his work centers on probate and estate administration, guardianship and related estate planning matters.
