About Meron

Meron Aleas took a deliberate path into the law. He completed a bachelor’s degree in political science and government at Arizona State University in 2013, then moved east to pursue legal studies. He entered New England Law | Boston in 2014 and earned his J.D. in 2017.

Those academic years framed his approach to practice. Coursework in political science and three years of professional legal training gave him a blend of policy context and practical lawyering. He studied statutory interpretation, civil procedure and evidence. He also spent time learning how to translate complex legal theory into written and oral arguments that a judge or a client could follow.

After law school, Aleas began working in Massachusetts. He is a member of the Massachusetts State Bar and maintains an active presence in the state legal community. He took a position at Cellai Law Offices, P.C., where he serves as a lawyer. At the firm, he has handled matters that require careful case preparation and client counseling.

Colleagues describe him as steady in the courtroom and methodical in file work. He prepares pleadings, advises clients on procedural steps, and represents them in hearings and negotiations. He is comfortable moving between the paperwork of litigation and the pressure of oral advocacy on calendar days. He also engages with clients directly, explaining options and next steps in plain terms.

Aleas’s practice is grounded in Massachusetts law. He follows changes in state rules and local procedures closely. That attention matters when deadlines and local practices shape outcomes. Outside the office, he maintains ties to the state bar and takes part in bar activities that support continuing legal education.

He has not publicized a long list of high-profile cases or academic appointments. Instead, his career so far shows steady work at a small firm and a focus on serving individual client needs in state matters. He continues to practice at Cellai Law Offices, P.C., representing clients in Massachusetts state matters.
