About Megan Elizabeth

Megan Elizabeth Wooster built her legal foundation at Christian Brothers University, where she earned a B.A. in Psychology and Criminal Justice in 2005. She continued her studies at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and received her J.D. in 2010. Those years shaped the blend of social science and law that informs her approach to family matters and courtroom work.

Wooster began her career in Arkansas courts and expanded her practice into federal filings consistent with her admission to the Eighth Circuit. Over time she has taken on both bench and client-oriented roles. She holds certification as a Lawyer Ad Litem from the Arkansas Judiciary, a credential that marks regular appearances in child-related proceedings on behalf of courts. She also completed the Arkansas Bar Association’s Leadership Academy, a program aimed at preparing lawyers for organizational and committee leadership.

Her professional life is threaded through local and state bar activity. She is a current member of the Arkansas State Bar and the Pulaski County Bar Association. She sits on the University of Arkansas Alumni Board and maintains memberships in groups that connect legal work to community service, including the Junior League of Little Rock and the National Association of Professional Women. Within the Arkansas Bar Association she is an active participant in the Family Law Section, serving as chair, and she contributes to the Woman in the Profession and Lawyers Helping Lawyers committees. She is also a member of the Arkansas Association of Woman Lawyers and the Young Lawyers Section.

Colleagues describe Wooster’s practice as practical and procedural. She handles a range of family law matters that commonly reach both circuit and appellate levels in the Eighth Circuit and in Arkansas courts. Her Lawyer Ad Litem work brings frequent interaction with guardianship and custody inquiries, while her leadership roles in the Family Law Section keep her engaged with changes in rules and practice statewide.

Wooster operates from M.W. Law, PLLC, where she manages casework, client consultations and court filings. Her office roster includes contested family matters as well as cases that require coordination with social services and court-appointed professionals. She balances courtroom appearances with committee meetings and mentoring roles within bar organizations.

As of 2026, Wooster remains active in bar leadership and in practice at M.W. Law, PLLC, focusing her work on family law and court-appointed representation.
