Matthew Scott Kennedy is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1986. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Kennedy is the principal attorney at Matthew S. Kennedy, APLC, a law firm located in San Luis Obispo, California. He has been practicing law for over 40 years, serving clients throughout the Central Coast region.
Mr. Kennedy earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law, graduating in 1986. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly), where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his time at Western State University, he developed a strong foundation in real estate and business law.
Mr. Kennedy concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate law, business law, and civil litigation. He represents clients in matters involving real estate transactions, business formations, and general business counsel. His practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including negotiations, contract drafting, and dispute resolution.
