About Matthew L.
Matthew L. White earned his law degree from Baylor Law School in 2006 after completing undergraduate studies in business administration at Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business in 2003. His academic path paired legal training with business coursework. That combination would later shape the way he approaches client matters.
After law school he moved into practice in Arizona and established his professional base there. He is a current member of the Arizona State Bar Association and is licensed to practice in the state. Over the years he has worked on matters that draw on both his legal education and his undergraduate business background.
White’s business degree informs how he analyzes commercial questions and client objectives. He routinely advises clients on transactional issues and corporate matters, and he handles dispute resolution when negotiations do not resolve a problem. His work blends contract review, entity structuring and practical legal counsel aimed at helping clients make informed choices.
