About Matthew David
Matthew David Glachman built a path to law that began in the classroom and carried straight into practice. He earned a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2009. He then completed his J.D. at Nova Southeastern University in 2012. Those years shaped his interest in litigation and the practical side of courtroom work.
He entered practice in Florida immediately after law school. In 2012 he joined Florida Foreclosure Lawyers, PLLC as an associate. That role put him into contested proceedings and paperwork-heavy court calendars. It also exposed him to the procedural rhythm of state court litigation and the deadlines that shape a case.
Three years later he took the next step. In 2015 he co-founded Glachman & Brill, P.A. as a founding partner. Building a firm meant moving from handling files to running cases and managing client relationships. It meant staffing matters, coordinating filings and keeping close to the calendar. He has been involved in the development of the firm’s systems and in day-to-day case supervision since its founding.
Outside the office he participates in the local business community. He is a current member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. That connection keeps him in touch with other professionals in the area and with issues that affect local businesses and property owners.
Glachman is licensed to practice in Florida and has spent his career working in state courts across the region. His early work at a specialized foreclosure practice informs how he handles property-related disputes and contested matters. Colleagues describe him as someone who prepares thoroughly and who pays attention to procedural detail. He balances case preparation with the administrative demands of running a small firm and supervising younger lawyers.
He has continued to run matters through Glachman & Brill, P.A. while maintaining ties to the Boca Raton community. He regularly appears in state court and handles client matters that arise under Florida law. His current practice focuses on legal issues tied to real property and foreclosure matters and on representing clients in related state-court proceedings.
