About Jordan Marcus
Jordan Marcus Brill attended Nova Southeastern University College of Law, enrolling in 2008 and earning his J.D. in 2011. His time in law school came during a period of intense change in the Florida legal market. He left with the credential and the practical grounding that would shape his next steps.
He began building his practice in Florida and in 2015 helped form Glachman & Brill, P.A., where he serves as a founding partner. Establishing a firm required attention to both case work and the mechanics of running a small business. Brill took on those responsibilities while also taking primary roles on client matters.
His professional interests lie in matters tied to property and estate administration. Since 2017 he has been a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. That affiliation keeps him involved in the conversations and educational programs that affect title issues, probate administration, trust interpretation and related areas of state law.
Colleagues describe his courtroom appearances and transactional work as direct and pragmatic. He handles contested probate matters and acts for clients in real property disputes, and he drafts and reviews estate planning documents for individuals and families. He also advises fiduciaries on day-to-day administration questions, offering guidance when estates or trusts require court involvement.
At Glachman & Brill, P.A., Brill balances casework with leadership responsibilities for the firm. He manages client intake, supervises associates and coordinates with outside professionals when matters require accountants, surveyors or other specialists. The office work reflects the steady practical side of his practice: preparing matters for resolution, whether by settlement or court process.
His professional path has been focused on the intersection of property law and estate administration. He maintains active ties to the Florida Bar section that focuses on those subjects and continues to work on real property, probate and trust matters through his firm. His current practice centers on real property issues, probate administration and trust-related work.
