Matthew A. Brennan, III, is an attorney specializing in bankruptcy, business law, employment law, and construction law. He is admitted to practice in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Furthermore, Mr. Brennan served as assistant general counsel for a Maryland corporation, where he managed legal matters related to corporate governance and compliance. In 1995, he co-founded Brennan & Waite PLC, a firm dedicated to serving small and medium-sized businesses in Northern Virginia. This venture allowed him to focus on the needs of local entrepreneurs and business owners. His dedication to community service is further evidenced by his roles as president of the Vienna Rotary Club and his church congregation. Brennan's dedication to service extends beyond his legal career; he is also a veteran of the United States Army. During the Vietnam War, he served as a combat medic, where he provided critical medical assistance to fellow soldiers. His bravery earned him several honors, including the Combat Medical Badge, the Purple Heart, the Bronze Star for Heroism in Combat, and the Army Commendation Medal.
