About Matt
Matt Swain built his legal foundation at Wake Forest University, where he earned a B.A. in sociology and political science in 2006. He continued his studies at the University of Oklahoma College of Law and received his J.D. in 2009. That combination of social science and law shaped an early interest in how legal systems affect people and communities.
Soon after law school, Swain took on a leadership role at Swain Law Group. Records indicate he became the firm's managing lawyer in 2009. He has handled matters in both state and federal settings, including appearances in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. Over the years he has maintained a workplace immersed in Oklahoma law and courtroom practice.
Swain is admitted to practice in Oklahoma and is authorized to appear in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
