Martin N. Preiser has spent decades practicing in Illinois courts. He earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law at Illinois Institute of Technology in 1974 and began building a career grounded in courtroom work soon after. Those early years shaped a practice centered on litigation and courtroom procedure.
Preiser entered the bar community in the mid-1970s. He has been a member of the Illinois State Bar Association since 1975 and joined the Chicago Bar Association in 1977. The memberships reflect a steady engagement with the profession and its local institutions. He also holds admission to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and is a member of that court’s Trial Bar.
His professional path has run through private practice. Preiser has served as a lawyer at the Law Offices of Goldberg & Goldberg. He currently practices at the Law Offices of Goldberg & Goldberg, handling trial work in Illinois state courts and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
