About Mark Winston
Mark Winston Bobb built a career that spans two countries and multiple branches of legal work. He completed an LL.M. at Florida International University College of Law in 2018, following the Law Practice Program at Ryerson University in 2017 and an LL.B. from Oxford Brookes University in 2013. Before turning to law he earned an MBA in 2010 and a B.A. in Criminal Justice in 2008 from St. Thomas University.
His early career mixed legal support roles with positions in business and marketing. While still in school he worked in circulation services at St. Thomas University School of Law in 2006 and later served as a law clerk at Hightower & Partners in 2009. He moved into project management and marketing roles in the following years, including a project manager role at Liquid Asset Partners, LLC in 2010 and a regional legal marketing director position at Digital Age Marketing Group in 2011.
Bobb’s practical legal training continued through internships and consulting work. He was a legal intern at Accenture in 2012 and at Pennington Manches LLP in 2013. That same year he worked as a management consultant for US Lawyers. In 2017 he completed a student-at-law placement at Equitable Bank and began practicing as Mark W. Bobb, Lawyer at Law. He later worked as a paralegal at Luis E. Barreto & Associates, P.A. and served as a law fellow and case manager at Florida International University College of Law in 2018 and 2019 respectively.
He holds memberships in the Ontario Bar and the New York State Bar, and is listed with multiple bar associations including the American Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association. He is also a certified family mediator through the Florida Supreme Court. Bobb maintains notary public credentials in Ontario, New York and Florida.
In 2019 he opened The Bobb Law Office PLLC and is listed as the firm’s lawyer. His practice history shows work on both sides of the Canada–U.S. border, and his professional affiliations reflect activity in Ontario and New York since the late 2010s.
Colleagues describe him as someone who has combined formal legal education and a sequence of in-office roles to build a small practice. He continues to maintain bar memberships and professional certifications across jurisdictions. His current practice concentrates on matters drawn from his cross-border qualifications and his mediation credentials.
