District Judge John B. Jones in the Southern Division of the District of South Dakota. Before co-founding Wilka, Welter & Ash in 2004, Mark spent 15 years as an insurance defense attorney at Woods, Fuller, Schultz & Smith P.C. in Sioux Falls. During his tenure there, he defended various clients against personal injury and workers' compensation claims. This experience in insurance defense gave him a unique perspective—one that he now utilizes to advocate fiercely for individuals seeking compensation for their injuries.
