About Mark
Mark Schwarz is an attorney at Helsell Fetterman LLP in Seattle, Washington. He joined the firm in 2011, focusing on tax controversy, tax advice, business and real estate transactions, and estate planning.
Prior to this, he served as a Senior Attorney and Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), managing over 300 cases and representing the IRS in Bankruptcy Court. He holds a J.D.
