About Mark
Mark Meisinger built his legal foundation at the University of Nebraska–Kearney, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 1997. He continued his studies at Creighton University, completing a Juris Doctor in 2001 with coursework concentrated in criminal law. Those years shaped his understanding of the criminal justice system and set the course for his later work in Texas.
Licensed to practice in Texas, Meisinger moved into private practice and established the Law Office Of Mark Meisinger in 2005. He has run that practice since then. The office handles matters that arise under state law and represents individuals facing criminal charges. Over time his work has centered on the kind of day-to-day courtroom practice that criminal cases require: pretrial motions, plea negotiations, and trials when necessary.
Professional associations form a regular part of his professional life. He holds current membership in the Texas Bar Association and maintains ties to local bar organizations. Those include the Dallas Bar Association and the Denton Bar Association. He is also a member of the Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
Meisinger’s experience reflects the path from law school to solo practice. He has balanced casework with involvement in the legal community. Membership in both county and specialty bar groups keeps him connected to developments in criminal law and to practitioners in the Dallas–Denton area.
