About Mark

He attended American University from 2001 to 2004 and pursued his J.D. studies at Nova Southeastern from 2006 to 2009. Those years set the foundation for a steady legal career based in Florida.
Krzykwa entered private practice shortly after law school. In 2010 he joined Stolzenberg, Gelles & Flynn, LLP as an associate. He spent his early years there learning courtroom procedure and client advocacy. Two years later he moved to Tripp Scott, PA, where he continued to expand his litigation and transactional experience. Those positions gave him exposure to both complex files and the day-to-day demands of litigation work.
In 2015 he took on a leadership role at MCK Law, PLLC, becoming a managing member. The move marked a shift from working within larger firms to helping steer a smaller firm’s operations. As managing member he has handled both case work and administrative responsibilities. He balances client matters with the practical needs of running a law practice.
Krzykwa has been active in local legal circles. He has been a member of the Dade County Bar Association since 2010. That involvement has kept him connected to developments in Florida law and the local bar community.
Colleagues describe him as practical and detail-oriented. He tends to approach matters methodically. He prepares for hearings and negotiations with thorough document review. His work habits reflect an emphasis on preparation and clear communication.
Clients have relied on him for steady handling of their matters. He has experience across a range of files and is comfortable in both courtroom and negotiated settings. He writes plainly for clients and outlines options in straightforward terms so they can make informed decisions.
Today Krzykwa continues to practice at MCK Law, PLLC. He divides his time between client work and running the firm, and he remains engaged with the Dade County Bar Association. He currently practices at MCK Law, PLLC, concentrating on the firm’s client matters and day-to-day case management.
