About Mark I.
Mark I — Unger is a family law attorney, mediator, and consultant based in San Antonio, Texas. He has been practicing family law almost exclusively since 1996.
He earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law in 1995 and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991.
In 2007, after ten years in an AV-rated law firm, he founded The Unger Law Firm, focusing on family law matters such as divorce, property division, child custody, and support. He has been recognized as one of San Antonio's Best Lawyers since 2007 and was named to the Fastcase 50 in 2016.
He has been involved with the State Bar of Texas Computer & Technology Section Council since 2001 and served as Chair from 2007 to 2008. In 2015, he launched Muse Legal Technology Consulting to help solo practitioners and small firms increase efficiency through technology.
