About Mark E.

Mark E. Adamczyk began his path to the law at Tulane University, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in 2000. He moved on to Florida State University College of Law and earned his Juris Doctor in 2003. Those early years shaped a methodical approach to legal work and a practical view of client service.

After law school he entered private practice and built a career that spans both Florida and Georgia. He holds admission to the bars of those two states and maintains membership in the Florida State Bar. Over time he has combined courtroom experience and transactional work, adapting to the different procedural rules and business climates that characterize each jurisdiction.

Professionally, Adamczyk is associated with Goede, Adamczyk & DeBoest, PLLC. At the firm he has worked on matters that require coordination across state lines, counseling clients on the procedural and substantive differences between Florida and Georgia law. Colleagues describe him as analytical and steady in litigation settings. He is comfortable handling written advocacy, hearings and negotiations. He also spends time on case preparation and client counseling, tasks that often determine how a matter unfolds.

Outside the office he has remained involved in the organized bar. His membership in the Florida State Bar keeps him connected to continuing education opportunities and the professional networks that help lawyers manage evolving practice issues. That network also provides a platform for exchanging practical strategies on case management, ethics and procedural developments.

Adamczyk’s background reflects the two-state footprint of his practice. He draws on his Florida State Law training and early New Orleans college experience to approach problems from different angles. He has handled matters that turn on state-specific statutes and procedural nuances, and he adjusts his tactics accordingly.

Today he practices from Goede, Adamczyk & DeBoest, PLLC, where he serves clients across Florida and Georgia. His current practice focuses on serving individuals and businesses through representation and advice across those jurisdictions.
