About Mark D.
Mark D. Mese built a steady legal path that begins in classrooms and leads to courtrooms across Louisiana. He earned a B.S. from Louisiana State University in 1979 and followed that with an M.S. from the University of California, Davis in 1981. He returned to LSU for law school and received his J.D. in 1984.
After law school Mese entered practice in Louisiana and gained admission to multiple federal courts. He is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Middle, Western and Eastern Districts of Louisiana, and he is authorized to appear before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
