About Hannah A.

Hannah A. Crosby is an attorney licensed in Louisiana who built her academic foundation at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. She earned a Bachelor of Science in 2016 and returned to LSU's Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2020. Her legal education came at a time of rapid change in the profession, and she entered practice as the pandemic era altered court calendars and client needs.

After law school, Crosby joined Kean Miller LLP as an associate. Her role at the firm places her within a full-service environment that handles corporate, litigation, and regulatory matters for clients across the state. She came into the firm as a recent graduate and has since taken on responsibilities typical for associates: research and writing, client communications, and assisting on transactional and litigation matters. Colleagues describe her work as careful and methodical.

Crosby maintains professional connections through local and statewide bar organizations. She is a member of the Baton Rouge Bar Association and the Louisiana State Bar Association. Those memberships keep her plugged into continuing legal education, local court developments, and bar governance issues. Participation in association programs has also given her opportunities to attend panels and briefings relevant to Louisiana practice.

Her training at the Hebert Law Center prepared her for practice in Louisiana courts and administrative forums. Course work and clinic experiences during law school exposed her to procedural practice as well as substantive law. Since joining Kean Miller LLP, Crosby has translated that training into practical work for clients, supporting more senior attorneys and managing discrete assignments from start to finish.

Crosby practices in Louisiana and works within the structures of a regional law firm. The Kean Miller environment places associates on teams that serve businesses, public entities, and individuals. Her responsibilities reflect the demands of that team structure: drafting pleadings, assisting in discovery, preparing transactional documents, and briefing legal issues for trial and administrative hearings when required.

She is an active participant in firm matters and bar activities while continuing to develop her courtroom and transactional skills. She currently practices as an associate at Kean Miller LLP, working on legal matters in Louisiana.
