About Mark Bradford

Mark Bradford Stanley studied law at Florida A&M University College of Law. He completed his legal education there and entered practice in South Carolina. His training at an HBCU law school shaped his early legal perspective and introduced him to litigation and client advocacy.

He began his professional career as a lawyer at Injury Assistance Law Office. There he handled personal injury matters and learned the practical demands of client representation. The role involved case preparation, claims negotiation, and courtroom appearances when disputes could not be resolved outside of trial.

Stanley is an active member of several professional organizations. He belongs to the South Carolina Black Lawyers Association and holds memberships in the National Society of Personal Injury Lawyers and the American Society of Personal Injury Lawyers. He is also a member of the South Carolina Association for Justice. Those affiliations keep him connected to developments in tort law and to a community of lawyers who address the same types of cases.

Across his career, Stanley has concentrated on personal injury work. He represents people who say they were harmed by others and pursues recovery on their behalf. His practice includes the assessment of injuries, the gathering of medical and technical evidence, and the negotiation of settlements. He also prepares cases for trial when settlement is not an option.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in case development. Clients have relied on him to explain complex medical records and legal rules in straightforward terms. He spends time evaluating liability and damages, which often means coordinating with medical providers, accident reconstruction specialists, and vocational experts.

Today, he is based at The Stanley Law Group. There he manages a caseload that reflects his years of personal injury practice. The office work balances client meetings, discovery, and pretrial motions. He divides his time between legal research, drafting pleadings, and direct client contact.

Outside of courtrooms and depositions, Stanley continues to engage with peers through the professional associations that form a part of his network. He remains involved in continuing legal education and professional discussions on developments in tort and trial practice. He currently concentrates his practice on personal injury matters at The Stanley Law Group.
