About Marc J.
Marc J. Wolfson built a career that moves between boardrooms and courtrooms. He started in business leadership long before he entered law school, then returned to public-facing and organizational roles while preparing for a legal career. The result is an unusual resume that combines corporate management, nonprofit work and legal practice in Florida.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of South Florida in 2015. After that he pursued legal studies at Stetson University College of Law, where he completed a Juris Doctor in 2018. His academic path took him from social science into legal training over the course of a few years.
Before and during his academic studies he was active in the private sector and in nonprofit work. In 2010 he served as chief executive officer and president of National Sourcing, Inc., a role that placed him in charge of corporate operations and decision-making at an early stage of his career. In 2015 he founded Post 9/11 Veterans Corp. and took a seat on its board, guiding the organization through its formative period.
After earning his law degree he moved into legal practice. In 2019 he joined Heller Law, PLLC as a lawyer. He practices in the state of Florida and has spent his legal career working with colleagues and clients through the firm. His time at Heller Law followed several years of management and nonprofit leadership, bringing a practical business perspective to his legal work.
Outside the office he has continued ties to organizations formed earlier in his career. That continuity reflects an approach that keeps professional, nonprofit and legal responsibilities linked rather than compartmentalized.
