Marc Elliot Grossman is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in November 1998. Mr. Grossman earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of La Verne College of Law in 1998. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Santa Cruz, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy in 1990. During his time at UCLA, he studied psychology and business from 1984 to 1987. While attending law school, Mr. Grossman worked as a substitute high school teacher and as a vest-pocket coin dealer.
Mr. Grossman concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate law, workers' compensation, divorce, criminal defense, and personal injury. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving commercial and residential real estate disputes, workers' compensation claims, contested divorces, DUI/DWI offenses, and various personal injury cases. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Grossman has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of San Bernardino, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Upland for five years.
Mr. Grossman is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys of the Inland Empire, the Consumer Attorneys Association of California, the Western San Bernardino County Bar Association, and the San Bernardino County Bar Association. He is also a member of the California State Bar. He is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of the Inland Empire effectively.
