About Mandi B.
Mandi B. Bucceroni earned her law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2013. She completed an MBA at Rosemont College the same year and holds a Bachelor of Science from Ohio University, awarded in 2005. Her academic path combined legal training and business study, a mix that has informed how she approaches client matters.
She began her legal career in immigration work at large firms, first as a paralegal at Blank Rome LLP in 2006. The role exposed her to corporate immigration processes and high-volume client matters. In 2011 she moved to Dickinson Wright PLLC, again serving as a paralegal in the immigration group, where she handled case preparation and client intake for complex petitions.
Bucceroni transitioned from support roles to practicing law in the mid-2010s. In 2014 she opened the Law Office of Mandi B. Bucceroni, LLC and began representing clients directly in immigration cases. The following year she took a role as Of Counsel at Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP. That period saw her split time between running a small practice and collaborating with colleagues at a larger firm.
Her courtroom and federal practice credentials include admission to the courts in New Jersey and to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a member of professional organizations that shape immigration practice. Those memberships include the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Atlantic County Bar Association. She maintains ties to the local bar while continuing to handle individual client matters.
Colleagues and clients describe her work as practical and procedural. She handles family-based petitions, naturalization and citizenship matters, waivers, and removal defense. She also prepares employment-based filings and advises small employers on visa compliance and labor certification steps. Her experience in both firm and solo-practice settings informs how she manages cases and communicates timelines to clients.
Her practice reflects years of work in immigration law at different levels of the profession. She has navigated administrative filings, litigation in immigration courts, and federal filings when necessary. She splits her time between representing individuals and advising employers, aiming to match legal strategy to each client's needs. She currently handles immigration matters in New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
