About M. Muffy
M. Muffy Blue built a legal education that blends economics, political science and law. She earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of North Dakota in 1984 and later completed her J.D. at Georgia State University College of Law in 1987. The combination gave her a practical grounding in the policy and financial questions that often underlie legal disputes.
