About Eric

Eric Teusink earned his undergraduate degree in 1999 from the University of Georgia, where he studied political science and economics. He returned to the classroom to pursue law and received his J.D. from the Georgia State University College of Law in 2008. Those years of study gave him grounding in both public policy and the mechanics of business decision making.

After completing law school, Teusink entered private practice in Georgia. He has been the managing partner at Williams Teusink, LLC since 2008. Over that time he has built a practice that operates under Georgia law and serves clients across the state. He is a current member of the State Bar of Georgia.

His day-to-day work covers a range of tasks common to small firm leadership. He advises clients, prepares legal documents, negotiates on their behalf, and represents them in court when matters proceed to litigation. He manages case strategy and the business needs of the firm at the same time. That combination shapes how the office approaches client problems and allocates resources.

Colleagues and clients have noted that his training in political science and economics informs the way he analyzes disputes. He tends to break complex issues into their component parts, examine incentives, and weigh potential outcomes. Those habits influence case assessment and negotiations, and they guide decisions about whether to seek settlement or trial.

Teusink maintains professional ties through the State Bar of Georgia. He participates in the routines of firm management: supervising staff, handling intake, and maintaining compliance with licensing requirements. He also handles the public-facing aspects of practice, including client consultations and courtroom appearances when necessary.

He has practised continuously in Georgia since his admission to the bar era following law school. His practice is conducted through Williams Teusink, LLC and centers on advising individuals and businesses across Georgia.
