About M. Michelle

M. Michelle Robles built a layered academic foundation before entering the practice of law. She earned a B.A. in Accounting from Florida Metropolitan University in 2000 and an M.S. in Accountancy from the University of Phoenix in 2009. She then completed a B.S. in History at the University of South Florida in 2010 and a Paralegal Certificate from State College of Florida in 2011. Robles went on to law school at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, earning her J.D.; she later completed an LL.M. in Elder Law at Stetson University College of Law.

Her early career began in support roles. In 2013 she worked as a law clerk and paralegal at Murphy & Berglund, PLLC, handling research and document preparation. That hands-on foundation informed her transition into practice. By 2016 she was a lawyer who had previously served as a paralegal at Affordable Lawyer - Gerling Law Group. She took on expanding responsibilities, drafting pleadings and advising older clients on pressing needs.

Robles started Robles Law, P.A. in 2019 and serves as its president. Under her leadership the office has handled matters typical to elder law practice. She maintains admissions to practice in both Florida and Kentucky. Her professional memberships reflect her area of interest and the communities she serves. She belongs to the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, the Sarasota Bar Association, and the Sarasota chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, all memberships she has held since 2019.

Her work draws on a mix of legal and financial training. The accounting degrees and paralegal background inform how she approaches client files and financial issues that arise in elder law and estate matters. She routinely addresses planning tools that affect finances and long-term care. In practice she handles matters that commonly include estate planning documents, guardianships, probate administration, and planning for public benefits.

Colleagues describe Robles as methodical and detail-oriented in file preparation. She favors clear explanations for clients who are often managing complex and personal decisions about care, assets, and incapacity. She has combined classroom study in elder law with practical experience in small-firm settings and solo practice.

Robles Law, P.A. operates under her direction and serves clients across the jurisdictions where she is licensed. She currently practices elder law and related estate planning and probate matters.
